After a scheduled C-section I used the Belly Bandit Bamboo the next morning after my surgery and I was up walking around, the nurses and the doctor complimented how fast I was recovering. I used this after having my third child and it was great at helping reduce my abdomen size right after birth. The bamboo cotton is very soft and comfortable.
