All prices on the website are quoted in USD.

 


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

How much does shipping cost?


For orders within the continental United States, we are pleased to offer a Flat Rate shipping charge of $5.00. This rate applies to orders sent to one address only.  All packages are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. 


Do you offer Free Shipping?


Yes!  For items shipped within the continental United States, we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $65.00.


Do you offer expedited shipping?


Yes, we offer UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.  Shipping rates for expedited service are calculated during checkout and are based upon the weight and size of your package.  Please note that expedited delivery does not include weekend service.  If you need your order by a specific day, please let us know at the time you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.


How long does Flat Rate Shipping take to arrive?


Orders being sent by USPS Priority Mail usually are in transit 2 – 3 days.  UPS Ground transit times can vary from 1 – 6 days, depending on the destination.

How much does it cost to ship to Alaska or Hawaii?


Shipping for orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii will be calculated at time of checkout based on the weight, size of the package and shipping service required.


Do you ship to addresses outside of the U.S.?


If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside of the USA, please contact us for further assistance. 


We are happy to ship your orders internationally, but unfortunately, we are only able to accept U.S., Canada and United Kingdom issued credit cards.


How quickly do orders ship?

Each product page lists the product availability.  All products that are in stock will ship the next business day if ordered by 9pm EST. 

 

Will I be able to track the delivery of my order?

Absolutely.  As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.  From that point, you can track your order anytime by logging into your account and checking the order history.

How can I be sure you received my order?


You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.  If you do not, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.


Why do I need to create an account to make a purchase?


Having an account with us will really simplify your online shopping experience by storing your preferences, wish list and order history.  It will also allow you to track your order easily.


Best of all, when you create an account with Tiny Truffles, you will receive a coupon towards your first order in your welcome email. Only one coupon may be used per order.


How do I cancel an order?

Do you accept telephone orders?


If you are having trouble ordering online or need assistance making a choice, we will be happy to take your order over the phone. Please call (888)-865-3003


Will I be charged sales tax?


Sales tax will be collected on all orders shipped within Connecticut.


What methods of payment do you accept?


We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.


We regret that we are unable to accept foreign issued credit cards.


Does TinyTruffles.com offer secure online shopping?


Yes, online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption and all customer details are encrypted.


Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.

 

How do coupon codes work?

From time to time, Tiny Truffles may offer a promotional coupon code on the website.  Coupon codes may be good for a specific percentage off an order or may have a dollar value which can be applied to an order.

Coupon codes can be entered on the checkout payment page, just above the credit card information.

Unfortunately, coupons cannot be retroactively applied to orders that have already been shipped.

Can I use more then one coupon on an order?

Sorry, only one coupon per order is allowed.

Are there any exclusions on the coupon codes?

Yes, some coupons may not be applicable on certain products and manufacturers. 

Coupon codes displayed on TinyTruffles.com may not be valid on OiOi, Storksak and BabyMel diaper bags.

Coupon codes received in newsletter subscriptions (when you sign up for an account) or in special promotions may be valid on select merchandise or all products.

Please enter the coupon code on the Checkout Payment page to view any restrictions.

Do you Price Match?

Yes, we do price match.  The guidelines for our Price Match policy are:

- The retailer and or website must be an authorized seller of the manufacturer.
- The product must be identical (color and style) to the item you want to purchase from us.
- The item must be in stock.
- Price must be in US dollars.
- Additional charges such as sales tax and shipping costs will be calculated to compare prices.
- No liquidation sale prices will qualify.
- We do not price match auction sites, i.e. EBay.

If you would like to submit a price match request, please send us an email with the product you are interested in and the link of the website selling the product at a lower price.

Coupon codes may not be used towards items that have had a price match adjustment.


RETURN POLICY


What is your return policy?


Tiny Truffles wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return a product for a refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt. Products must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and be in original packaging.  Returns without tags will not be accepted.

Please note that momAgendas cannot be returned once the plastic wrap has been removed.

Personal care items are not returnable.  Specifically, this applies to the following brands:  Basq, Belly Bandit®, Cirqulate, Little Twig, Love, Chic Baby and Mama Mio and Mambino Organics®.

Shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable.  Refunds are issues as follows:

Free Shipping orders containing diaper bags or Karito Kids Dolls (Full Size):
For U.S. orders, a shipping and handling cost of $11.95 will be deducted from your refund for each diaper bag returned. This fee is to does not include the cost to ship the item back to us, which is the customer’s responsibility.

For International orders, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  This can range from $25-65, depending on the country.

Free Shipping orders without diaper bags or Karito Kids Dolls (Full Size):
A shipping and handling cost of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is to does not include the cost to ship the item back to us, which is the customer’s responsibility.

All other Orders:
The shipping charge you paid will be deducted from your refund

If you returning an item that came with a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.  

You MUST contact us before sending back your return.  You can reach us at help@tinytruffles.com or contact us via your Account History when logged in. 

Please give us the details of your order, reason for return and if you would like a refund or exchange. We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number and advise you on the next steps in the return process.

If you do not contact us prior to making a return and it is within the 21 day return period, we reserve the right to not accept the return.  If we receive a return after the 21 day return period has expired, we reserve the right to not accept the return or accept the return and charge you a 20% restocking fee. In the case that we choose not to accept the return, it will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Unauthorized returns received after the 21 day return period will only be eligible for store credit.   

Returns must be sent back to us prepaid and insured (by the carrier of your choice).

If you returning an item that came with a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns & Exchanges of Gifts:   You can return a product for an exchange or store credit within 21 days of receipt.  The store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase less any coupons, promotions or vouchers used at time of sale.   Gift wrapping and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can you help me choose a gift?


Absolutely, it would be our pleasure to assist you.  If you are having trouble choosing a gift or cannot find what you need, please feel free to contact us at help@tinytruffles.com or at (888) 865-3003.  We would be happy to be your “personal shopper” and help you find just the right thing for that special gift.


Do you offer gift wrapping?


Tiny Truffles is pleased to offer gift wrapping.  We offer custom gift wrapping in our signature “chocolate boxes” with tissue paper and ribbons.  We would be happy to include a gift card for you. 


Please note that some oversized items will be wrapped in gift wrap, without a box.


Can I create a custom gift basket?
