Personal care items are not returnable. Specifically, this applies to the following brands: Basq, Belly Bandit®, Cirqulate, Little Twig, Love, Chic Baby, Mama Mio and Mambino Organics®.
Shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable. Refunds are issues as follows:
Free Shipping orders containing diaper bags or Karito Kids Dolls (Full Size):
For U.S. orders, a shipping and handling cost of $11.95 will be deducted from your refund for each diaper bag returned . This fee does not include the cost to ship the item back to us, which is the customer’s responsibility. No Exceptions.
For International orders, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This can range from $25-65, depending on the country.
Free Shipping orders without diaper bags or Karito Kids Dolls (Full Size):
A shipping and handling cost of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is to does not include the cost to ship the item back to us, which is the customer’s responsibility.
All other Orders:
The shipping charge you paid will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
You MUST contact us before sending back your return. You can reach us at help@tinytruffles.com or contact us via your Account History when logged in.
Please give us the details of your order and reason for return. We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number and advise you on the next steps in the return process.
If you do not contact us prior to making a return and it is within the 21 day return period, we reserve the right to not accept the return. If we receive a return after the 21 day return period has expired, we reserve the right to not accept the return or accept the return and charge you a 20% restocking fee. In the case that we choose not to accept the return, it will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Returns must be sent back to us prepaid and insured (by the carrier of your choice). No Exceptions.
If you are returning an item that came with a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: Exchanges are handled as two independent transactions: a return and a new purchase. We can apply the credit from the return towards the new purchase if requested.
Returns of Gifts: You can return a product for a store credit within 21 days of receipt. The store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase less any coupons, promotions or vouchers used at time of sale. Gift wrapping and shipping charges are non-refundable. Coupon codes can not be used when paying with store credits.
